As a member of the LAUNCH TEAM for Reliance Church RVA, it is my understanding that:

• The LAUNCH TEAM is an ad hoc TEAM, and my membership on the LAUNCH TEAM ends after the LAUNCH of the church.
• I am to Pray to the LORD daily for the LAUNCH of a healthy thriving church. (Luke 18:1-8)
• I am to Pray to the LORD of the Harvest to send more LAUNCH TEAM MEMBERS, because the harvest is ripe, but the labors are few. (Matthew 9:36-38)
• I am to Give and seriously work towards giving the LORD’s TITHE (10% of my Gross Income) to support the Monthly Services and the LAUNCH of a healthy thriving church. (Malachi 3:8-12)
• I am to Recruit at least five persons in my circle of influence, from our target generations, to join the LAUNCH TEAM.
• I am to Attend LAUNCH TEAM MEETINGS to better understand my role as a member of the LAUNCH TEAM for this church.
• I am to Attend LAUNCH TEAM FELLOWSHIP EVENTS.
• I am to Attend the MONTHLY PRE-LAUNCH WORSHIP SERVICES.
• I am to Serve at the MONTHLY PRE-LAUNCH WORSHIP SERVICES and at the CHURCH LAUNCH WORSHIP SERVICE on a ministry TEAM.
• I am NOT a permanent member of any of the TEAMS, and I may be asked to serve on a DIFFERENT TEAM that is more in line with my Spiritual Gifts.
• I am NOT automatically a member of Reliance Church RVA, but I may become a member, if I desire to do so, when membership classes begin.
