Rev. Micah K. Davis currently serves as an associate minister at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Chesterfield, VA, under the leadership of Rev. Justin D. House.

A native of Richmond, VA, Rev. Davis was educated in Richmond Public Schools and graduated from Huguenot High School in 1997. He furthered his education at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Government.  Later, he earned both a Master’s of Education in Counselor Education and a Post Master’s Certification in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Rev. Davis began his work in ministry at Spring Creek Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastors Micah and Jacqueline McCreary. He rejoined Tabernacle Baptist Church in 2017 and was licensed to preach in October 4, 2020. 

Rev. Davis is married to Ebony Hill Davis and is the proud father of four children, Laila, Josiah, Ahsaan, and Qaadir. With a true heart for God and God’s people, Rev. Davis applies the following scripture to his daily living and ministry:

“Rejoice always, pray continuously, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
